Reviewing the Pillars of Islam

Today is the 1st Ramadhan 1435 and as part of our Ramadhan Activities we are reviewing the Pillars of Islam.

This morning my 6 and 7 year old daughters made their Pillars of Islam Colouring Posters. You can download the files for the colouring pages HERE.

The kids then completed various worksheets and notebook pages on the Pillars of Islam including:

As part of their notebooking and workbook activities my 9 year old daughter used the Ramadan Copy Work sheets from TJ Ramadan to write about how we can attain taqwa through fasting.

My 11 year old son started his Ramadhan Notebooking Pages with an explanation of the hadith regarding sighting the crescent.

My 7 year old daughter has started two workbook packs, the ‘Welcome Ramadan’ Workbook by A Muslim Homeschool and the Ramadhan Activity Packs from Umm Maimoonah

To round off the afternoon, my daughter, Samira is making a start on her Pillars of Islam Craft.
