As part of our unit study on India, my son completed a lapbook on India and the lapbook included a recipe for making chapattis.
This recipe was very simple and easy to make. First we combined the ingredients together with a wooden spoon before kneading it.
Then we rolled the dough into golf ball sized balls and rolled them out thinly.
We cooked them on our big bread pan and ate them with ragoutte.
